In this tutorial, we are going to install AutoSub on a Synology system. With AutoSub you can automatically download TV series subtitles<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

Go to the package center<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Click Add<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Name: <\/strong>nzbusenet.com<\/p>\n\n

location:<\/strong> https:\/\/synology.nzbusenet.com<\/p>\n\n

then Ok<\/strong>. and again Ok<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Go to Community<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Look up AutoSub. Click Install<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Wait a minute.<\/p>\n\n

You can now access AutoSub via http:\/\/nas-ip:9960\/home\/<\/p>\n\n

Configure Auto-Sub Synology<\/h2>\n\n

Go to Configuration<\/strong>. Then Settings<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Series Folder<\/strong>. Indicate where the folders of your TV series are. Multiple locations can be specified by comma.<\/p>\n\n

Languages<\/strong>. Turn off Dutch. And turn on English<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

Options<\/strong>. Skip hidden dir on<\/strong> only. <\/p>\n\n

Now scroll down.<\/p>\n\n

You need a TheTVDB account. You can create one at https:\/\/thetvdb.com\/auth\/register<\/a><\/p>\n\n

And you need an Opensubtitles account. You can create it on .https:\/\/www.opensubtitles.org\/nl\/newuser<\/a><\/p>\n\n

Addic7ed is currently no longer working.<\/p>\n\n

Check the boxes for Podnaposi<\/strong>and SubScene<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Click on Save Changes<\/strong>. And then Verify<\/strong>from TVDB<\/strong>and Test<\/strong>at Opensubtitles<\/strong>. Your subtitles will now be downloaded. This may take some time to download all of them. Because there is a limitation on the number of subtitles that you can download at a time.<\/p>\n\n
