in this tutorial Install Bazarr Synology. Wo are going to install the Bazarr program on a Synology system. With this program you can automatically download subtitles from various websites. Zodra deze beschikbaar zijn. <\/p>\n\n

Bazarr can be linked to Sonarr and Radarr. If you don’t use either of these two programs. Then there is no point in installing this software. It is then not possible to search for the subtitles<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

If you have an old version of DSM you may have problems with the recent version of Bazarr for synology. You are dependent on FFMPEG 7<\/strong> and SynoCli Video drivers<\/strong>. If you encounter this problem you can also install Bazarr via Docker. See the tutorial Bazarr Docker installation<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n

Add Synology Bazarr repository<\/h2>\n\n

If you have not added http:\/\/packages.synocommunity.com yet, Then we should do that first. Otherwise you will not be able to download Bazarr.<\/p>\n\n

Open je browser. And then you will go to your Synology homepage.<\/p>\n\n

Go to the Package Center<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Now click Settings<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Check the box for Any publisher<\/strong> here.<\/p>\n\n

Go to the Package Resources<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n\n

Click Add<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Enter a Name<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

At location<\/strong> enter the following \u201chttp:\/\/packages.synocommunity.com<\/strong>\u201d Now click OK<\/strong>. And then OK<\/strong> again.<\/p>\n\n

SynoCli Install Video Drivers Synology<\/h2>\n\n

You need these drivers otherwise you can’t install FFMpeg 7. And Bazarr needs them to be able to read your video files to see if there are subtitles in them. <\/p>\n\n

Go to Community and search for SynoCLI Video drivers and click Install.<\/p>\n\n

Click I agree and then wait until the installation is complete.<\/p>\n\n

Install FFmpeg for synology<\/h2>\n\n

You also need FFmpeg 7 otherwise you won’t be able to install the latest version of Bazarr.<\/p>\n\n

Go to Community <\/strong>and search for FFmpeg 7<\/strong> and click install<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Click Agree <\/strong>and wait for a moment.<\/p>\n\n

Install Bazarr Synology<\/h2>\n\n

Now we can install Bazarr Synology<\/p>\n\n

Go to the Package Center<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Go to Community<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Search for Bazarr<\/strong>. And then click Install<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

You will see it being installed. The status is installing. This may take a few minutes.<\/p>\n\n

When the installation is complete. Then the status changes to Open<\/strong>. You have now finished installing Bazarr on your Synology system. You can now configure it so that your subtitles are downloaded automatically. As soon as the desired subtitle is available on one of the subtitle sources.<\/p>\n\n
