This can be caused by various reasons that you can do little about. This can be caused by the newnab site you are using, but also by the series itself or another external source. Unfortunately, you will have to check the episode to see if it is correct. It is probably the wrong episode. If it is correct, you will have to add it manually. <\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

I get the message Not an upgrade for existing episode file(s)<\/h3>\n
\n\n

This means that this version of the episode is no better than the one you set as a preference. So you can delete this version. In fact, it should not have been downloaded at all. <\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

I get the message Episode has a TBA title and recently aired<\/h3>\n
\n\n

This means that this episode has not been officially released yet. Usually this issue will be resolved automatically within a few hours once the episode is officially available. If you click on the letter I<\/strong> in Sonarr you can also see how much time is left. <\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

TVDb has been updated, why not Sonarr?<\/h3>\n

This can take up to 3 hours. This has to do with the cache on the TVDb API. <\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

MacOS says Sonarr can’t be opened because developer cannot be verified<\/h3>\n
\n\n

You solve this in the following way.<\/p>\n

On your Mac, choose Apple menu<\/strong> > System Preferences<\/strong>, then click Privacy & Security<\/strong> in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.) <\/p>\n

Go to Security<\/strong> and then click Open<\/strong>. Click Open Anyway<\/strong>. This button is available for about an hour after you try to open the app. <\/p>\n
