Readarr lets you download books effortlessly and automatically, so you always have the latest titles. This versatile application automates the entire download process and integrates perfectly with your QNAP system. Follow the steps in this guide to install Readarr and easily keep your book collection up-to-date! <\/p>\n\n

This installation currently only works on the following Qnap devices.<\/h2>\n\n

arm64 & x86-64 NAS architectures only
QTS 4.3.6 and later only.<\/p>\n\n

Enabling SSH on your QNAP system<\/h2>\n\n

Before installing Readarr, it is important to check if SSH is enabled on your QNAP system. SSH is essential for completing the installation and configuration steps. <\/p>\n\n

  1. Open the web interface of your QNAP system by entering the IP address of the device in the address bar of your browser.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Log in with your administrator credentials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Navigate to Control Panel<\/strong> > Network & File Service <\/strong>.> Telnet\/SSH<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    Download and Install Putty for SSH<\/h3>\n\n

    If you haven\u2019t installed Putty on your computer yet, now is the time to do so. PuTTY is a free program that allows you to easily create an SSH connection to your QNAP system. <\/p>\n\n

    1. Go to the official PuTTY download page via this link: https:\/\/www.chiark.greenend.org.uk\/~sgtatham\/putty\/latest.html<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Choose the right version for your operating system. For Windows 10 or 11, it is recommended to download the 64-bit x86 version<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Download the installation file and follow the steps in the setup to install PuTTY.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
