Add repo for Qnap for NZBGet
Log in to your Qnap and open the page.
Go to App Center.
Click on the gear icon at the top right.
Open the App repository tab.
Click add.

Install Apache83 QPKG Qnap
NZBGet relies on apache83 which can be purchased here https://www.myqnap.org/product/apache84/
Unfortunately, you’ll have to buy this one.
And then go to your QNAP device.
Open My Qnap. And search for apache83. Click +install, and follow the on-screen instructions.
Install NZBGet Qnap via Repo
Now we can install NZBGet on your Qnap system.
Go to MyQnap.
Search NZBGet here
And then click on + install.
