Install Sonarr Docker to download TV series

We are going to install Sonarr Docker. So that we can start downloading the automatic TV series. The advantage of Docker is that you are not dependent on the Synology community.

Install Docker for Sonarr

If you have not yet installed the Docker program on your Synology. Then you have to install it first.

Open your Synology’s web page.

Open Packe center.

Go to the All Packages tab. Search for Docker. And then click Install.

Install Sonarr Docker

Now we can install the Sonarr program on Docker.

Left click on the icon above, and type Docker. To open it.

Go to Image. Then add. Add from URL.

Then enter the following url https://hub.docker.com/r/linuxserver/sonarr

Then click on Add. Now it’s time to wait.

Make sure Latest is selected. And then Select.

Select Sonarr. And then click Start. (left corner)

Go to Advanced Settings.

Check the box Allow auto-restart. So that Sonarr automatically restarts if necessary.

To apply. And then Next.

Then Add. Wait a minute

And then you can find it at container.

You can now contact Sonarr via http://ip-synology:49181

You can now go to the next step to configure Sonarr Synology.
